You can? I thought the iPhone was simply a controller for the Skydock which plays only XM.

Yes, the dock plays ipod classic, ipod touch and iphone, and anything you have on any of them- tried it out today. Cool

Thanks for the info on the Sky Dock, guys!

Just had an old XM Roady 2 stolen out of my car last week, so I've been looking at replacements. You really don't realize how much you enjoy (and NEED!) satellite radio until you go a couple days listening to FM!

Now to just wait patiently till Best Buy opens up Smile

That's good to know. Just remember that if you want to change the channel the FM is transmitted on, you need the SkyDock app. Otherwise just pressing the FM button on the device will turn the FM transmit on and off. I should try this out with my wife's 2G Nano.

XMFanStore is now taking pre-orders on the XM SkyDock for the low price of $99. We will begin shipping shortly.

Yes. Every XM channel available on a normal XM receiver is available on the SkyDock (assuming you subscribe to it).

No. It swivels about 70 degrees in each direction. If the lighter is under the arm rest, the best you could do is turn it toward the driver, but not all the way around.

Do you have to pay to swap your account from another XM radio to the Skydock?

If so, how much is it?

I couldn't resist, so I just ordered one through the XMFANSTORE. I'm currently using the ExpressRC, which I will hand over to my daughter. I will miss the split screen on the ExpressRC, but I gather you can see what is on the channels above and below the current channel. I like the idea of being able to use the iPhone's iPod content with only one device, as well.
