Hi. I didn't see your first post about the will call. Yeah, they should have done something. Sometimes though it is hard to know where the error is, and who is responsible, though.
Some months ago I was freaking out over a computer monitor I ordered my son. The tracking service showed it had been delivered successfully. He didn't have it, however, and no one had any clue where it could be. The company I'd ordered it from said it was the responsibilty of the mail service, the post office said if it shows in their system as delivered, he must have received it, blah, blah!
Weeks later, he got a phone call to pick it up at the post office downtown. Relief! Of course, no explanation or apology. |

Update from The Trunk Report:
8/7/11: Thanks in advance to all for the happy birthday wishes! Yes I turn 47 tomorrow 8/8. But I will be spending it doing what I love, one of my radio shows, and it will be a great one. 6PM ET SiriusXM The Boneyard Channel 38 I'll have two in studio guests. First up Tom & Fred from Cinderella drop by around 6:45 ET, then around 8:30 ET Mike Portnoy, Russell Allen & Mike Orlando of Adrenaline Mob come by to talk about this new band and premiere new original music! Prior to the radio shows I'm having lunch with a writer from Rolling Stone for a profile on me! Awesome way to have a birthday! |

Great show but sad news about Sebastian Bach losing his Rock'n Roll collection in Irene. He manned up and did a great interview.
