You know, you really are beyond stupid. Saddam was a terrorist, by nearly any definition. Just ask the relatives of the 200,000 Kurds he murdered, or the 300,000 to 600,000 Iraqis he murdered.

Not to mention that there were U.N. resolutions already in place that allowed for the use of force in Iraq if he failed to unconditionally comply with weapons inspectors - something that saddam was failing to do. Awfulfukcingstupid is deliberately ignoring that fact.

And let's not forget the 100's of thousands Iranians he gassed with artillery barrages. Gasses that were internationally outlawed following WWI. Even the Nazi's and Japanese chose not to use such weapons during WWII. It's without question that Saddam was a huge threat to all of society and particularly those of nearby countries. Unfortunately, we managed to only temporarily save those nearby countries that have governments being ran by wacko's just as nutty as Saddam. Should have just let the silly bastards kill each other off and then wiped out the victor. Problem solved!
