There's no way i could ever live in a world where "Miracle 2010 The Movie" gets made. You guys had a great team and should be proud with Silver. Canada, best in the world once again!!!

why would a movie be made for this team? the 1980 USA team was a team of amateurs going up against of Soviet professionals. That's a real story. There's no story where a bunch of NHL guys beat another NHL comprised team. Might as well make one for every Stanley Cup winner if that's what qualifies.
Not only do you not know the history of your favorite XM channel apparently, you don't know anything about what is even remotely movie worthy. |

Slow down there Dudley. It's only hockey. If Canada's so great, how come 95% of the population lives within a snowball toss of the US border? And at vacation time, how come our roads down here are clogged with cars carrying Canadian plates?
Don't be breaking our balls about our hockey team. You idiots gave us Celine Dion.

Relax you two!! That Miracle 2010 crack was a joke that was said by Calgary Flames defenseman Robyn Regehr to the Canadian media prior to the gold medal game. It was a joke. Admit it, if the USA had beaten us on our own soil, at our own game, you'd never let us forget it. That'd be like the CFL sending down an all-star team against the best NFL'ers and beating them 46-10 with NFL rules......You'd be pissed too.
I really liked how the US team was made up. Pluggers and muckers up and down that roster. I knew they wouldn't quit when it was 2-1 going into the third. That wasn't a shot at US hockey to say you shouldn't be proud of Silver, you should!!
And daver40, i come from a small town in Northwestern Ontario that gets flooded with people from the US every time fishing or hunting season comes. So it works both ways.
