Plus channels in French, right? |
I don't think so... Even if they were, who needs 'em? Every game is on in English! |
RDS does the French. I'm jealous, I would love to get TSN and TSN2 for Hockey coverage. Not to mention they bought THE SONG. _________________

I was listening to overtime in the Philly-Boston game on XM... At exactly 3:30pm, they cut away from the LIVE game for Around the Rink in 90 Seconds. WTF!?
Near the end of the 1st period, they also had the Boston station who paused 10 seconds for station identification... XM proceeded to give about 3 seconds of dead air, and then start playing a long commercial only to realize it was only a 10 second break.

It's the weekend. The whole operation is on autopilot. Some machine misinterpreted an electronic cue transmitted by another machine and the prerecorded update played to its conclusion with nary a human being present to do anything about it. Thankfully, the game wasn't decided during that minute and a half.
The Wall Street scum no doubt appreciate the "efficiencies" of Sirius XM's operation, but there's a fine line between "responsible spending" and "cheap," and Sirius XM crosses that line repeatedly by short-staffing its operation on weekends and holidays. Geez, Mel, just hire some interns or outsource the weekend technical duties to Bangalore for 25 cents an hour, OK? |

Home Ice is XM Canada... Are we really cutting all the same corners up here too? _________________

Why wouldn't you be? Sirius Canada has had a substantial subscriber advantage on XM Canada for years, right? IIRC, the 3-to-1 margin in favor of Sirius (at the time the US companies merged) has been the biggest stumbling block to a "merger of equals." |

I almost wish that I lived in Chicago so I could dance to Chelsea Dagger every time the Hawks score.

Watch this video as well. A Chicago news team took an ipod into the Canucks locker room and put the song on for them without telling them what it is. Kesler and Henrik's reaction is priceless

Habs defeat the defending Cup chumps in a 5-2 loss in game 7. Ouch! _________________ A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor. |

And the Bruins are in the process of squandering a 3-0 series lead. Ugh! |

It was soooo awesome!
East is going to be a sweet underdog regardless. Either the Habs, Bruins, or Flyers.
I hope the Habs because I think they have the best change of beating the remaining two western teams. |
