It's working fine on my iPhone 4.
If you're getting a network error, that would indicate a network problem, not an app problem. Maybe the towers in your area are having difficulties or are super busy. _________________ http://www.smort.org |

It's not a network problem. If you did the upgrade that became available today you may get this error. To fix it, do the following:
1) Remove the app
2) Go to the App Store and reinstall the app - DO NOT LOG IN!
3) Check for updates in the app store. The SiriusXM app should appear
4) Install the update
5) Sign in as normal
It will take an unusually long time to validate your logon but it will go through and allow you to listen. The only bad thing is if you had any favorite channels saved you'll have to readd them. |

That didn't work for me. I un-installed again and went to the app store and re-installed. Without the update, it is working for me again. So, to me, it's an issue with the update where it isn't allowing once updated for you to even listen. _________________ My three friends WERE Lucy, Ethel and Fred. |

I'm surprised they allowed this update out. A lot of people are having issues. Even though I can log in and listen, half the sites don't update properly and after about 10 minutes I get a "data connection lost" error. Yet I can click on another channel and listen for another 10 minutes. |

this will NOT work (unless new problem) this original thread is ONE YEAR old !!!! However this may be valid as now that i check its not loading on my iPhone. Time to try it now that it's to my attention. _________________ Joined XM 4/18/2004

Hmm...I did as one comment suggested and completely deleted the app to try downloading the new (2.0.1) version. But it's sitting on "Waiting..." forever. Perhaps Apple stopped downloads of the app and will revert the the older version until SXM submits a new *working* one. _________________ Nathan |

From SXM FB:
We are aware of the issue and are working towards a fix. As soon as we know more we will reach out to you. Thanks, Jess
Our engineers are working on the app at the moment as soon as we have an update we will let you know. Thanks, Jess
Since they usually take off @ 5pm, I don't expect this to be fixed until tomorrow morning |

It took a good 10 minutes for me to log in the first time. I was about to give up then all of a sudden it started pulling down the channels. |
