xm should get of wcbs fms 50s djs
bill brown,bob shannon,cousin brucie
they the 50s like a book
xm xhould try to hire them |

A year or so ago Phlash Phelps sent out an on-air invitation to another former WCBS personality, Dan Ingram, to join the 60s on 6 crew. Dan didn't take the offer, but hey, it was worth a shot...
I imagine it'd be tough to bring some of these guys over to satellite. They'd probably want more money than XM is willing to part with, for one thing, and for another a lot of them are starting to get pretty long in the tooth. I imagine it'd be tough for them to adjust to the different work environment and technical demands of sat-radio after spending a lifetime in AM/FM.
I'd never say never, of course, but... |
