| seems like some teams didn't even try on the new 3rd jerseys. the ones Dallas had the other night looked just like the road whites. (just something diff letters on front). Then some teams got it right. Pittsburgh, St Louis. |

Tampa's jersey is a great colour... And then the slideshow FINALLY showed the front... There is absolutely no point whatsoever in third jerseys that are just the team name on the front. It's like slapping your fans in the face and saying "We're not gonna put any work in, and still expect you to throw money at us." Ottawa and Atlanta are also guilty. WTF is up with Ottawa's? 'SENS'? Trying to keep the costs down and paying by-the-letter? As for my Leafs... They reintroduced the old 3rd jerseys, and are trying to trick us into thinking they're new. The good thing though is that I can probably get the old one marked down... if I wanted to.

3rd uni's should be either a previous uniforn (Pittsburgh, Vancouver, Toronto, Buffalo) real old (Colorado using the Quebec, Caroling bringing back the whale, Phoenix using the Jets, Detroit or Chichgo's winter classics) or Totaly new (St. Louis). If not then follow the New Jersey model and don't have one. That is just my opinion. :D |
