Actually, the Canucks entered the period up 3-0. The Hawks nearly came back to win the gamem but I tell my coworker when we play poker,"Almost DOESN'T count." New Jersey ALMOST beat the Huuricanes...

Yeah

I got the info wrong from XM 205.

I blame it all on XM 205.

I turned that game on with three minutes to go in the third period, and it was three - three then. What a wild comeback - almost. Laughing

Yeah

Well the Hawks look sharp tonight in the third period so far. 5-2 with 11 mins to go.

Almost... as in Vancouver almost won in '94 and will almost certainly be eliminated this time next week. Canucks have the worst uniforms in all of sports and they suck.

Congrats to the hawks. I hope you get the Ducks in the next round. If we can take two from Detroit.

I was actually rooting for the Hawks against Vancouver.

I couldn't stand all of the Canuck-Luongo love festing that was going on.

Luongo hasn't won anything in his NHL career...ever. He hasn't even gotten past the 2nd round of the playoffs...but that didn't stop some people from deeming him the best goalie in the universe.

Well...the best goalie in the universe just choked and gave up 7 goals in an elimination game, and lost.

Jim Hughson and the Canadian media can suck on that. Laughing Laughing

Very good point, the Ducks dispatched him in the second round in 07 and he got a lot of hype back then as well. I've never been that impressed with him.

Yeah

Except for the last 6 mins of the 2nd period the Hawks looked very good last night.

I'm scared.

Yeah, Vancouver has such a winning tradition. Hongcouver is a dump as is the whole province of B.C.
